This Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) aims to support the Government of Kenya in accelerating the transition of oversight and implementation of comprehensive HIV prevention and treatment programs to national and sub-national health systems. Funded under the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the NOFO seeks to strengthen local capacity and sustainability of HIV services while maintaining progress toward epidemic control.
